started his career at KPMG, where he was active in financial audit and corporate finance.

He worked for 12 years for a listed packaging group, Blagden Packaging, and took on various financial and managerial functions, including group controller, managing director in Spain and CFO.

At the end of the nineties he was co-investor and initiator of the then largest MBO in Belgium.

From 2001 he held various positions and completed different M&A transactions.

Didier is a Master in applied economic sciences, specializing in financial and international business affairs and speaks five languages: Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.

An advisor and team member for Icafin for FMCG projects, Richard Neergaard has 29 years experience in marketing (10 years in P&G brand management in 3 countries), category management (led Reckitt Benckiser’s largest global business of automatic dishwashing and developed the PowerBall tablet, RB’s most successful ever innovation platform) and general management (over 16 years leading businesses in 5 countries including both established and emerging markets as well as a start up).

Richard worked on the integration team of the successful Reckitt & Coleman and Benckiser merger to develop the operating model of country-category leadership.
As General Manager he also led the local integration of acquired companies BHI (Nurofen, Strepsils, Clearasil), SSL (Scholl, Durex), and brands (K-Y Jelly from J&J). He experienced the tail brand divestiture from the seller side as he sold Ca-Va-Seul shoe polish which was part of the Belgian portfolio tail.

Richard received degrees in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University in Boston, USA.
