He worked for 12 years for a listed packaging group and took on various financial and managerial functions, including group controller, managing director in Spain and CFO.

At the end of the nineties he was co-investor and initiator of the then largest MBO in Belgium.

From 2001 he held various positions and completed different M&A transactions.

Didier is a Master in applied economic sciences, specializing in financial and international business affairs and speaks five languages: Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.

He has been successively partner in 2 corporate finance boutiques and has a long experience in selling and buying companies, LMBO's, growth financing and negotiations with national and international groups.

Guy is a master in applied economics (IAG-UCL), has an executive master from Solvay Business School and followed the Corporate Finance Program at London Business School.

He is one of the Scientific Coordinators of the Special Diploma in Financial Engineering at ICHEC (Brussels) and speaks three languages: French, English and Dutch.

started his career at Arthur Andersen as financial auditor and consultant. At Honeywell he assumed various financial and managerial functions, including Vice-President Industrial Automation Europe, Vice-President Western- and Southern Europe, CFO and President Honeywell Europe.

He was also CEO of Elexis AG, a quoted company in Frankfurt in the sector of Manufacturing Automation which went through a successful restructuring process.

He served as a Director on the Board of several companies in Europe, Russia and the Middle East. He was Partner in a large M&A network before he joined Icafin in 2009.

During his career he conducted numerous M&A transactions of all sizes.

started his career at Honeywell, where he worked for ten years in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Counsel for Western Europe, Middle East & Africa. Following his tenure at Honeywell, Will became a partner at a leading corporate finance and advisory firm focused on cross border transactions. In 2003, Will joined General Mills where he served as Associate General Counsel - International.

During his career, Will has successfully negotiated and closed more than 30 M&A transactions in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Will studied law at the University of Minnesota (JD Hons. 1989) and has a Philosophy degree from the of University of Chicago (BA 1984). Will also has an advanced legal degree in European Community Integration from the University of Amsterdam.

Started his career at Total in Dubai, as a project manager for the development of Iranian oil fields. He worked then as an operation manager in Congo and Gabon for an independent oil and gas company and finally as a petroleum engineer and project manager of Shell Exploration Production Europe. Lately, he had an experience as a strategy consultant for Infrabel and as a business analyst for Methanex Europe.

Jonathan has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from ENSIC Nancy and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from IFP-School Paris. Recently Jonathan earned a MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management with a specialization in strategy and finance. He speaks three languages: French, English, and Dutch.
